How funding is provided

Home modification funding sits within the AT-HM scheme's three tiers, with the high tier capped at $15,000. For home modifications, that high-tier amount is a per-lifetime limit. Complex modifications sometimes take longer than 12 months, and the funding period can be extended where the work has already started.
