At Trilogy Care, we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct. We want to ensure our clients, families, staff, contractors, and members of the public can raise serious concerns safely, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation.
We actively encouragefeedback and complaintsthrough our standard processes for everyday service issues. However, this Speak Up service provides a specialised pathway for reporting serious concerns such as misconduct, unethical behaviour, breaches of law or policy, fraud, corruption, systemic risks, or concerns involving leadership or senior staff; particularly where you may not feel safe using standard channels or where legal whistleblower protections may apply.
All reports are treated confidentially, as far as possible, and investigated fairly.
