15 Apr 2025

As we age, staying safe, comfortable, and independent in our own homes becomes a priority. A Home Care Package (HCP), sometimes referred to as an aged care package, is a government-subsidised program designed to help older Australians access the support they need to live well at home for longer. At Trilogy Care, we specialise in making this process simple, empowering individuals to take control of their care through flexible, affordable options.
