What's coming to the Trilogy Care Portal?

We’re excited to announce significant updates to the Trilogy Care Portal are coming soon, driven by feedback from our care recipients and carers. You can soon upload invoices, bills, and reimbursements directly through the Portal, offering a more convenient experience than using the website.

What are the benefits?

These updates provide a range of benefits for both care recipients and care coordinators:

  • Improved visibility: You’ll now be able to see all itemised bills displayed together, offering complete transparency over your budget.
  • Faster payments: Uploading itemised invoices directly to the Portal enables our accounts team to process payments faster than ever.

For care coordinators, we’re developing a system that will allow them to upload invoices, bills, and reimbursements directly to the Portal, saving care recipients the hassle of doing it themselves.

These features are being rolled out gradually, so don’t worry if you haven’t seen them yet!

Why were the changes made?

The updates were based on feedback from our care recipients and providers. We know quicker payments bring peace of mind, which is why we’ve created new forms for reimbursements with itemised entries to speed up the process.

If you need help submitting itemised reimbursements, a step-by-step guide is available here.

Remember, you will need to enter your bank details into the Portal to assist with processing. However, if your details are already on file, this step is not necessary.

When do I need to be on the Portal?

To streamline our processes, all reimbursements, bills, and invoices will move from the website to the Portal by the start of 2025. Now is the perfect time to sign up and get familiar with how the Portal works.
