We are seeking entry-level Accounts Administrators to join our vibrant Fortitude Valley-based Package Management Team.
We are seeking multiple applicants with customer service or case management experience who will champion our consumer-directed care approach, work with consumers to develop their care plan and budget.
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse with home care management experience and an understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. As a member of the Clinical team, you will help manage clinical procedures within the business.
The Accounts team, manages the financial components of the package including the payment of invoices, reimbursements, and provide monthly statements of your expenses and balances.
Our administration team coordinate, organise and maintain the processes, systems, and documentation for our clients to ensure best service is provided.
Our business development team, have developed a national network of health professionals, organisations and independent contractors who partner with Trilogy Care to deliver greater choice, transparency and value to our new and existing client base.
The Care team, create a personalised care plan & budget with you. Trilogy Care updates Care Plans frequently, whenever a customer contacts us, requiring amendments to their plan, or their health has changed. Formal changes are made yearly.
The Compliance team, ensure worker compliance - ABN, Police check, Proof of Covid-19 infection control training & vaccination, public liability and indemnity insurance.
A key feature in our self-managed PLUS package offering. The Care Coordination Program is designed to assist our clients manage components of their package that may be difficult to manage if there are no family or friends to support them.
Our customer service team are highly knowledgeable of the Home Care Package program. They are the first point of contact with new clients, partners, and providers. Our team go above and beyond to ensure clients feel satisfied with our service.
