Submit a provider bill. After receiving care services, send a bill to Trilogy Care to have your bills paid with your Home Care Package funds.

Please allow up to 14 days for bills to be processed and paid. Bill processing time may be extended if the submitted invoice is incomplete or incorrect.

Please do not resubmit an invoice. Invoice resubmission can delay processing times.
