Accelerate Action 2025
Accelerate Action shines a light on the need to increase the push towards gender equality. According to the World Economic Forum, it will take until 2158 to achieve gender parity, highlighting the need to improve strategies, resources, and activity that positively impact women’s advancement.
Our leaders in aged care
Trilogy Care relies on many of the women who work hard to ensure our day-to-day and long-term operations run smoothly. Some of the most important members of our organisation include Erin Headley, Chief Quality and Operations Officer, Sarah Minton, General Manager of Partnerships & Compliance, Service and Support Manager Shanna Murphy, and Sian Holman, Head of Care.
Erin, Chief Quality and Operations Officer said, “Talent has nothing to do with gender. When we create space for women to grow and lead, our teams, workplaces, and communities all benefit. As Chief Quality and Operations Officer at Trilogy Care, I’m fortunate to work alongside incredible women who bring passion and dedication to providing support for our care recipients every day.”
Zoe added, “As the Quality and Operations Manager, I work closely with the passionate and dedicated women in our operations team, ensuring Trilogy Care runs smoothly and always in the best interest of our care recipients. Leading a team of talented women allows me to support and accelerate their personal and professional growth. I’m proud to contribute to advancing opportunities for women within Trilogy Care and the broader aged care sector.”
Shanna shared “True leadership comes from showing up authentically, working together, and embracing challenges with resilience. The compliance and care teams are led by passionate, experienced women with a drive to improve our operations continually.
Sarah, General Manager of Partnerships and Compliance, told me, “In compliance, we’re passionate about ensuring care recipients receive the highest quality care and services—not just meeting requirements, but doing what’s right. The same principle applies to gender equality in the workplace. It’s not just about policies; it’s about actively creating opportunities for women to lead, grow, and succeed. I’m proud to lead a team where both men and women collaborate in an inclusive environment, where diversity drives success and respect is at the core of everything we do.”
Sian, who leads the care team, added that, “Great care starts with great people. I’m privileged to work alongside incredible women who bring compassion, strength, and leadership to everything they do. In the care team, we focus on solving challenges for our clients—no matter their age, gender, or location—because quality care should have no barriers.”
