Village champions are trusted residents or staff who help their neighbours understand Support at Home funding and get started with self-management through Trilogy Care. On Flinders Island, one champion has taken on this role for her village. She helps residents set up their funding, choose providers, and make the most of every service. She also acts as a booking coordinator, arranging group services where possible. Her contribution is recognised with appropriate service fees, and her impact is felt across the community.
