Share the Care referral program - Terms and Conditions
The Share the Care refer a friend referral program (the ‘Program’) is open to all existing clients (the ‘Referrer’) of Trilogy Care (the ‘Company’) who refer new leads (the ‘Referred’) to sign up to Trilogy Care for a minimum of three (3) months of service with the Company.

Promotion period: This Promotion commenced 31 May 2024. The promotion is ongoing until withdrawn by the Company.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to receive a $100 Prezzee voucher the Referrer must satisfy the following criteria:
- Be a current Trilogy Care client or authorised representative of a Trilogy Care client with a minimum of three (3) months of continuous service at the time of referral
- Provides valid contact details for the Referred
- Not be a care worker or support worker receiving funds from Trilogy Care
- Not be a provider or business entity delivering services through Trilogy Care
- Has express consent by the Referred to provide their contact details to the Company
The Referred:
- Has not currently or previously received services from the Company
- Agrees to have services provided by the Company as a result of contact made during the Program
- Remains a consumer with the Company for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months
The Referrer and Referree’s details must be included at the time of the referral for the Referrer to be eligible for the gift card.
To claim the reward, you must notify Trilogy Care of the referred client’s name before they have been a client for three months. Referral requests for clients who have been with Trilogy Care for three months or longer will not be eligible under any circumstances. This must be done via this form.
Referral criteria:
To be eligible for the program, a Referred must be a new lead who has not previously engaged with the Company’s services.
Referral process:
Referrers can refer friends, family or acquaintances by sharing their referral link, by emailing the referred person’s details to [email protected], or by calling Trilogy Care on 1300 459 190.
Referral reward:
- The Referral Reward is a $100 Prezzee voucher (digital gift card), issued to the referrer once the referred person has received services from Trilogy Care for 3 consecutive months.
- The Referral Reward is not redeemable for cash.
- Prezzee’s terms and conditions apply to the use of the voucher.
Exclusions:
The Program may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.
Fraudulent activity:
The Company reserves the right to void any referrals or rewards earned through fraudulent or deceptive methods.
Termination or modification:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Privacy and data protection:
By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referrals agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy and the use of their personal information for the purposes of the Program.
Liability:
The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Program.
Governing law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement as it relates to the Program.
Trilogy Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to discontinue the Program at any time.
