From registered providers, employees and independent contractors Mobility has access to a network of thousands of carers providing care seekers the ability to connect with a wide variety of support workers.

Mobility is a one-stop-shop for all care, allied health, Ready Made Meals and assisted transport services. Backed by a fantastic care team (1300 GET CARE 1300 438 227, available 6am -10pm 7 days a week) to support you and an easy-to-use app, Mobility makes it simple for Home Care Package or private-pay clients to customise the care experience to meet their needs.

How Mobility Works

Mobility works as a free-download app-based platform, allowing you to locate and access the best rates to ultimately receive the best experience of care at the best price for your home care package. Through Mobility, you can book domestic help, therapists, specialised supports and more both safely and quickly. Through the app you can access 40% more care for your home care package at an average hourly rate of $47 per hour.

Mobility is a marketplace platform which offers different services at varying prices. The fee for using their marketplace for services is a flat 15%  which is built-in to the total cost shown to you for bookings..  Delivery is Free for orders over $50. Plus, with all meal orders you’ll see a breakdown of what’s claimable in the app and Mobility will bill your provider for the claimable component directly, so you’re not out of pocket.

Your safety is Mobility’s number one priority. They have strict safety criteria and detailed checks on all workers so that you can feel comfortable.
