Refer a Friend Referral Program

The Refer a Friend Referral Program (the ‘Program’) is open to all existing consumers (the ‘Referrer’) of Trilogy Care (the ‘Company’) who refer new leads (the ‘Referred’) to sign up to Trilogy Care for a minimum of three (3) months of service with the Company.

  1. Promoter: Trilogy Care Pty Limited (ABN: 44 604 915 200), Level 2, 2 King Street, Bowen Hills Queensland 4006

 

  1. Promotion Period: This Promotion will commence 1 May 2023 and close 5pm AEST 31 December 2023.

 

  1. Eligibility:

To be eligible to receive a $100 Gift Card the Referrer must satisfy the following criteria:

    1. Be a current consumer of Trilogy Care Pty Limited with a minimum of three (3) months of continuous service;
    2. Provides valid contact details for the Referred
    3. Has express consent by the Referred to provide their contact details to the Company, and
    4. The Referred:
      1. Has not currently or previously received services from the Company
      2. Agrees to have services provided by the Company as a result of contact made during the Program
      3. Remains a consumer with the Company for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months

 

  1. Referral Criteria:

To be eligible for the Program, a Referral must be a new lead who has not previously engaged with the Company's services and the Referrer must be a current consumer with the Company for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months to be eligible to be issued with the Referral Reward.

A Referrer is eligible to receive up to five (5) Referral Rewards under the Program.

 

  1. Referral Process:

Referrers can refer friends, family, or acquaintances by providing a referral link or by sharing it directly through email, social media, or other communication methods.

 

  1. Reward Structure:

Upon successful sign-up and three (3) months of continuous service by the Referrer, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a Referral Reward of a $100 gift card.

 

  1. Referral Reward:

The Referral Reward will be specified by the Company and may include, but is not limited to, service credits, discounts, or other incentives.

The Referral Reward is not redeemable for cash.

 

  1. Exclusions:

The Program may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.

 

  1. Fraudulent Activity:

The Company reserves the right to void any referrals or rewards earned through fraudulent or deceptive methods.

 

  1. Termination or Modification:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection:

By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referrals agree to the Company's Privacy Policy and the use of their personal information for the purposes of the Program.

 

  1. Liability:

The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Program.

 

  1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Program shall be resolved through mediation. Any costs associated with disputes are payable by the complainant.

 

  1. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement as it relates to the Program.

Trilogy Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to discontinue the Program at any time.
