The 10 Days of Care offer (the ‘Offer’) is open to consumers, carers and the general public (the ‘Recipient’) who enter the competition run by Trilogy Care (the ‘Company’).

Promotion period: This promotion will commence on 2 December 2024 and close at 5 pm AEST on 13 December 2024. 

Eligibility: 

To be eligible to receive a gift, the recipient must satisfy the following criteria: 

i. Is not currently employed by the company

ii. Is not currently a family member or friend of an employee of the company

iii. Must have commented on the corresponding Facebook or Instagram post using a legitimate Facebook or Instagram account that will be verified by the company 

Reward: 

The reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. 

Winners will be notified by phone. If the reward is not claimed by January 31st 2024, the prize will go into circulation for a second chance draw. 

The reward is not redeemable for cash. 

The rewards will be drawn daily, in ascending order of value.

The offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the company. 

Fraudulent activity: 

The company reserves the right to void any referrals or rewards earned through fraudulent or deceptive methods. 

Termination or modification: 

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 

Privacy and data protection: 

By participating in the offer, the recipient agrees to the company’s Privacy Policy and the use of their personal information for the offer. 

Liability: 

The company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the offer. 

Governing law: 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Dispute resolution: 

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be resolved through mediation. Any costs associated with disputes are payable by the complainant.
