Share the Care referral program - Terms and Conditions

The Share the Care refer a friend referral program (the ‘Program’) is open to all existing consumers (the ‘Referrer’) of Trilogy Care (the ‘Company’) who refer new leads (the ‘Referred’) to sign up to Trilogy Care for a minimum of three (3) months of service with the Company.

Promotion Period: This Promotion will commence 31 May 2024 and close 5pm AEST 31 December 2024.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to receive a $100 bill fairy gift card the Referrer must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Be a current Trilogy Care care recipient or authorised representative of a Trilogy Care care recipient with a minimum of three (3) months of continuous service at the time of referral;
  • Provides valid contact details for the Referred
  • Has express consent by the Referred to provide their contact details to the Company, and
  • The Referred:
    • Has not currently or previously received services from the Company
    • Agrees to have services provided by the Company as a result of contact made during the Program.
    • Remains a consumer with the Company for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months
  • The Referrer and Referree’s details must be included at the time of the referral for the Referrer to be eligible for the gift care. 

Referral Criteria:

To be eligible for the Program, a Referred must be a new lead who has not previously engaged with the Company’s services.

A Referrer can receive up to five (5) Referral Rewards under the Program.

Referral Process:

Referrers can refer friends, family, or acquaintances by providing a referral link or sharing it directly through email, social media, or other communication methods. Alternatively, the referral may call Trilogy Care and provide the Referee’s details over the phone.

Reward Structure:

Upon successful sign-up and three (3) months of continuous service by the Referred, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a Referral Reward of a $100 bill fairy gift card.

Referral Reward:

The Referral Reward will be specified by the Company and may include, but is not limited to, service credits, discounts, or other incentives.

The Referral Reward is not redeemable for cash.

Exclusions:

The Program may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.

Fraudulent Activity:

The Company reserves the right to void any referrals or rewards earned through fraudulent or deceptive methods.

Termination or Modification:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Privacy and Data Protection:

By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referrals agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy and the use of their personal information for the purposes of the Program.

Liability:

The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Program.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement as it relates to the Program.

Trilogy Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to discontinue the Program at any time.

By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referrals agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to make decisions at its sole discretion.
