The Seniors Card offer (the ‘Offer’) is open to Seniors Card holders (the ‘Recipient’) who sign up to Trilogy Care (the 'Company') for a minimum of three (3) months of service with the Company.

  1. Promotion Period: This Promotion will commence on 1 October 2023 and close at 5 pm AEST 30 on September 2024.
  1. Eligibility:

To be eligible to receive a $100 Gift Card the Recipient must satisfy the following criteria:

i. The holder of a valid Seniors Card issued by any Australian state or territory government(Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, or Western Australia),

ii. Is not currently or previously received services from the Company,

iii. Agrees to have services provided by the Company as a result of contact made during the Offer,

iv. Remains a consumer of the Company services for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. 

  1. Referral Criteria:

To be eligible for the Offer, a Recipient must be a new lead who has not previously engaged with the Company's services.

  1. Referral Process:

Recipients must be a holder of a current Seniors Card issued by any Australian state or territory government (Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia), complete their initial contact with the Company via the designated the promotion web page and provide their member number and issue date to validate their membership.

  1. Reward Structure:

Upon successful sign-up and three (3) months of continuous service by the Recipient, the Recipient will be eligible to receive the Offer of a $100 Gift Card.

  1. Referral Reward:

The Referral Reward will be specified by the Company and may include, but is not limited to, service credits, discounts, or other incentives.

The Referral Reward is not redeemable for cash.

  1. Exclusions:

The Offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.

  1. Fraudulent Activity:

The Company reserves the right to void any referrals or rewards earned through fraudulent or deceptive methods.

  1. Termination or Modification:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection:

By participating in the Offer, the Recipient agrees to the Company's Privacy Policy and the use of their personal information for the Offer.

  1. Liability:

The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Offer.

  1. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  1. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be resolved through mediation. Any costs associated with disputes are payable by the complainant.

  1. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement as it relates to the Offer.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or to discontinue the Offer at any time.
