• Self-Managed PLUS.

Both service tiers allow you to have more control over your services, by allowing you to pick your own care workers and support services.

Care management:

The Trilogy Care care team creates a personalised care plan and budget with you. Trilogy Care work with you to update your care plans whenever you require amendments, including if your health or care needs change. If you have no changes during the year, we conduct an annual review.

Package management:

The Trilogy Care accounts team manages the financial components of the package including the payment of invoices, and reimbursements. We provide monthly statements of your expenses and balances so you can track your budget expenditure.

Workforce compliance:

The Trilogy Care compliance team ensures worker compliance – ABN, police check, public liability, indemnity insurance and other mandatory items required for the workers to conduct their business.

Care Coordination add-on – Self-Managed PLUS package only:

A key feature in our self-managed PLUS package offering – a care coordination add-on designed to assist our clients in managing components of their package that may be difficult for some people.​
