What it costs
10% care management
Standard across all Support at Home providers. It funds your care partner, care plan and regular check-ins. On a $20,000 a year budget, that is $2,000.
Plus a simple service fee
Self-managed: Trilogy adds 10% to each service invoice. On a $20,000 budget, after the $2,000 care management deduction, that is about $1,640 in fees and about $16,360 of care.
Fully Coordinated: your care coordinator's own fee is added to each service invoice as well. We will walk you through it.
